Conference Room Rental

• Conference Room with Table, 6 Chairs, Computer w/Internet, CD, and PowerPoint, 37″ TV/Monitor (up to 6 people +2)

Open Area Rental

• Open Area – Up to 13 People Comfortably, Wireless Internet Available

Multimedia/Computer Use

Computers in the office (Office B) and Conference Room can play CD’s and PowerPoint presentations as well as connect to the internet. DVD’s can be played in the Conference Room if you have a laptop with a DVD player that you connect to the television monitor. Additional fees apply (see fee schedule below).

Deposit

A deposit payment of $10 is due when reserving a space and is non-refundable regardless if your reservation is canceled or rescheduled. Every reservation requires a deposit. Your deposit is deducted from your total reservation fee on the day of your reservation.

If you need to reschedule a reservation you can log in on this site to manage your reservation up to three days before your scheduled use day. If you need to make changes after this time, please call us at 707-689-5675.

A payment plan is available as well as other arrangements on a case-by-case basis for room use. Payment is due in full on day of use. If you have any questions, please send us an email at admin@business-guides.biz or call 707-689-5675.

To make a reservation please call us at 707.689.5675. Be prepared to let us know the date and time you need your preferred space and the purpose of the rental. If you reach our voicemail system, please leave a detailed message with that info along with your name, telephone number and the best times to reach you. We will return your call within one business day.
